Chandra Cogburn (Crissy, the bassist) Chandra graduated from
the UW in 1997 with 2 BA's in English and Drama. After waiting too
many tables and answering too many incoming phone calls, she became
a web developer and software tester for a local software company.
After two years, she recently left this job to pursue music. In August,
she will be moving to Boston with her little dog Theo to attend Berklee
School of Music. Thanks to family and friends to their support! |

and graduate from Roosevelt High School in Seattle. He played with
the Roosevelt Jazz Ensemble for four years, and has traveled to New

David Lavin (Jake/the guitarist) is a singer-songwriter originally
from Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has a B.A. in English, studied guitar
and songwriting at Berklee College of Music, and with blues great
“ Philadelphia” Jerry Ricks. He is excited to spend the
summer performing at the Liberty Deli and catching so many sunsets
from Alki Beach. He teaches guitar as well as performs, and wants
to thank his wonderful students for their inspiration and enthusiasm.
He’d also like to thank his friends and family for their support-
especially his mother for flying out to see the show. |

Anita Manuel (Annie, the pianist) is our original feminist
and wow! she was actually in New York in the 70s. Early theater included
roles in Blackfriars and Hyde Park Children’s Theater productions
in college and Anita could be seen at the piano and the organ from
high school on. In the past few years (after a career as a programmer
and data manager) she has reappeared in new musical garb. She studied
jazz piano for two years with Randy Halberstadt and now has her own
combo she calls Tara (for the Tibetan goddess). Before coming to Seattle
she was on Orcas Island where she appeared in Quilters and The Turn
of the Screw, and played piano for Charlotte’s Web. She currently
plays for ballet classes at Seattle Civic Dance Theater and Cornish. |

Scott Nath (Joe Epstein) An Iowa native, Scott has been in
Seattle for three and 1/2 years. In that time he has worked with The
Intiman, Portland Center Stage, Theater Schmeater, Seattle Shakespeare
Company, Book-It All Over, Seattle Public Theatre, Eastside Musical
Theatre, Spokane Interplayers, ReAct, Printer's Devil Theatre, Greenstage,
and D.A.M.N. Before moving to the Northwest, Scott worked on the boards
of Arkansas Repertory Theatre, Theatre Memphis and the Shenandoah
Shakespeare Express. Off the stage, he spends his hours working as
a freelance web designer. |

Sabrina Prielaida(Co-producer/Heather Jones) is a self-proclaimed
Arts Warrior, which summarizes the breadth of her interests in acting,
singing, playing the piano, writing, producing and community activism.
Sabrina was the founding Executive Director of Sand Point Arts and
Cultural Exchange (SPACE) and has served on the Board of Directors
of Allied Arts of Seattle, House of Dames Productions and Showtunes!
Theatre Company. A Jersey girl (Exit 136), she holds a BFA in Acting
from Southern Methodist University and completed Ph.D. coursework
in Theatre History & Dramatic Criticism at the UW. For her next
theatrical incarnation, she’d like to play Carly Simon, Carole
King, Liv Ullman, Loretta Switt, Debbie Harry or....Mick Jagger, so
write her at boxofstories@yahoo.com
if you’d like to work on that adventure! Eternal gratitude to
the wonderful folks at Liberty Deli and Steeplechase Productions and
this amazing cast and production team for this life-and-art-affirming
experience. Maktub! |

Valerie Vestal (Cheryl) is excited to be a part of this 70's
feminist musical. Having grown up in the 70's and being female she
feels that she can really relate to the show's statement. "I
Am Woman Hear Me Roar!". Valerie has played many strong and influential
women throughout her career. Women such as: Mabel Norman in Mack and
Mabel, Princess Winifred in Once Upon A Mattress, Gloria in Return
to the Forbidden Planet, Luce in Boys From Syracuse, and beaming aboard
the AHA Theatre stage as Dr. Beverly Crusher in Star Drek: The Musical. |

Kevin Bongers (Technical Director/Crew) is a Wisconsin native
who moved to Seattle because coffee suddenly became more appealing
than cheese and venison. At the conclusion of I’m Getting My
Act Together..., Kevin will have Tech Directed ten successful shows,
including The Music Man, Taming of the Shrew, and Godspell. “Thank
you very much Betsy, Mom, Richard and Dad. Your support has been incredible.” |
